Sales Manager Opple Lighting (Belgium) (Leidinggevend)
You'll be a hands-on manager and responsible for the overall sales in Belgium and the leadership of a small, successful and enthusiastic sales team.
Who are you
You have a desire to succeed, you are customer-focused and result-oriented. Preferably you are experienced in sales on key-account level with the leading Electrical Wholesaler and National Installers and you have the ambition to lead and further develop your sales team.
• Practical, hands-on mentality.
• Situation analysis and evaluation skills.
• Well balanced tactical and operational skills.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to influence others.
• 5-10 years experience in Sales, preferably in the Lighting industry.
• Experience in key account and (big) project management.
• Ambitious to lead the team.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
• Drive profitable business.
• Together with Head of Sales develop and implement sales strategies.
• Manage key account business (Electric Wholesaler + National Installers).
• Lead and manage an enthusiastic team of account managers to reach the sales target for Belgium.
• Develop and maintain a long-term and solid relationship with clients.
• Create and stimulate effective internal relations with other departments.
