Brivo just opened its offices in Eindhoven which will support European Sales. clients and partners. You will work directly with US headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland and the Regional Sales Director Europe on building up a successful branche in Europe.
As the Customer Success Manager you will provide support, price quotes and educational materials to Brivo resellers and prospective buyers.
In this role, you will also be expect to:
- Assist new dealers with onboarding process through phone and web based support
- Regular proactive outbound dealer communications to support dealer success and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Train dealers on new tools and programs
- Ongoing follow up with dealers to ensure successful ramp up
- Provide Tiers 1, 2, and 3 sales support including light technical sales support for Brivo resellers and prospects generated via the sales team and marketing initiatives
- Perform online demonstrations of Brivo solutions for resellers and end-user prospects
- Respond to email and phone inquiries from resellers, prospects, partners and others in a timely manner.
- Support resellers with system configuration and quotes to assist them in closing Brivo sales
- Manage leads generated by marketing initiatives and help progress them through the sales funnel
What are we looking for in you?
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices (i.e. customer experience enthusiast)
- Relevant work experience and an interest in technology and security; understanding of cybersecurity and/or access control systems a plus
- Able to adapt to new technology quickly
- Team player mentality
- Driven self-starter with a positive attitude
- Fluency in Dutch and English, German desired
